The reg can be used with a UK/EU Sodastream cylinder (with zero wasted gas) as well as a 16g cartridge - making them a great mobile solution or perfect for someone starting to use kegs or minikegs.

You can also choose between connecting a push fit, direct to gas line or directly to a MFL gas disconnect.

Connectivity:

As it comes from Kegland:

  • 1/4" male push-fit/ barb will fit - our 5/16" line (you will likely want to use a clip or clamp to secure the line.
  • Female 1/4" FFL - this will fit onto a MFL gas disconnect.

With 1/4" to 5/16" duotight fitting

  • Same as "as it comes from Kegland" plus - duotight fitting will push fit 5/16" line.

When connected to sodastream and output is direct to a gas disconnect this is compatible with our reconditioned kegs or new kegs as well as our 10L mini kegs.

From Kegland (edited for clarity to UK Market):

The All-New Mini 360 Core Actuator Regulator brought to you by KegLand is the most versatile mini regulator on the market. After much feedback on how to make mini regulators more compact, sturdy and efficient. The brilliant engineers at KegLand have come up with this mini-beast.

This extremely versatile mini regulator can be used with either a UK Sodastream Canister, or the smaller disposable CO2 16g bulbs. If you would like to use the larger 74g disposable bulbs you can purchase the 74g bulb adaptor (BKT don't sell this). Unlike other regulator designs this new design requires no sodastream adaptor and you do not have the issues of trying to screw the bulb or sodastream cylinder into the regulator while gas leaks everywhere.  This robust, convenient and superior design is just what you need for any portable keg system.

Please note this is not compatible with the 2.6kg or 6.0kg CO2 Cylinders.

Features:
- Core Puncturing / Actuator - Zero gas lost to screwing in bulbs or Sodastream style cylinders.
- Interchangeable ball lock disconnect orientations (e.g. 45° Premium Ball lock to 90° Stainless Disconnects)
- 6.5mm duotight compatible hose barb (6.5mm x 8mm duotight) can also suit hose and stepless clamps (e.g. 4mm ID, 5mm ID or 6mm ID hose)
- Heavily Protected Mini Guage Dial. (Also interchangeable to different ranges)
- Common Pressure relief valve compatible. (65psi Green PRV as standard, compatible with 35psi Red and 100psi Grey)

Includes:
1 x Mini 360 Core Actuator Regulator
1 x 360° 6.5mm duotight compatible hose barb
1 x 360° FFL Fitting for MFL Disconnects
1 x Port end cap
1 x 65psi Green PRV
1 x Sodastream to 16g thread bushing

Upgrade to digital:
We have also made this regulator so you can upgrade to a more accurate digital gauge (Coming Spring 2022 to BKT).  This mini gauge is easier to read and has a backlight so you can also read the pressure easily in the dark.

WARNING:
Do not overtighten onto your cylinder. It is recommended that you use a spanner to hold the neck of your Sodastream cylinder while attaching and detaching the Mini 360 Core Actuator Regulator

Brewing frequently asked questions

How long does it take to brew beer?

The time it takes to brew beer can vary, but on average, the process takes about 4 to 6 weeks. This includes the various stages such as malting, mashing, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and bottling. However, some beer styles may require longer aging periods for optimal flavor development.

Is home brewing worth it?

Many people find home brewing to be a rewarding and enjoyable hobby, allowing them to create unique and customised beers. It provides a deeper understanding of the brewing process and offers the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and styles. Additionally, home brewing can be cost-effective in the long run compared to purchasing craft beers. However, it requires time, effort, and a certain level of commitment. Whether it's worth it ultimately depends on one's passion for brewing and the satisfaction derived from the process and the end product.

Is home brewing legal?

Home brewing for personal use is generally legal, and there is no need for a specific license as long as certain conditions are met. Home brewers are allowed to produce beer, wine, and cider for personal consumption. However, there are limits on the amount that can be brewed without a license. As of January 2022, the limits were 100 litres for beer and 100 litres for wine per household.

It's important to stay informed about any updates or changes in the regulations, so it's advisable to check with local authorities or brewing associations for the most current information regarding home brewing laws in the UK. Always ensure that you comply with the relevant regulations and guidelines to enjoy home brewing within the legal framework.
